Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a cocktail every so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and leave all money, credit cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever money you intend to use on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to squander and keep the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You might have a success following a intoxicated evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and wager. These activities simply do not mix.
Leaving your money back at the hotel might be a little bit drastic, but defensive measures for drastic actions is a requirement. If you play to win, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you can afford to burn your cash nary a concern, then drink all the no charge booze you are able to handle, but do not take plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your befuddled brain squanders every little thing!
Let me to carry this 1 step more. do not drink and then hop on the net to wager in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my condo, but since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
Why? Even though I don’t drink a lot, once I drink alcohol, it is clearly sufficient to blur my judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
